Returns

We accept returns on most purchases if returned to us in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

In certain situations, we won’t be able to offer a refund, for instances if the 14 day refund period has expired.

To return your order, please contact us via email at hello@soulmitts.co.uk 

Please provide the following details to speed up your request:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return
  • Pictures showing the issue you are having with our product

Any faulty claims should be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Once the claim has been reviewed, and if appropriate, a replacement will be sent out to you within 2-3 days. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take between 5-7 working days depending on the payment method or bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you are expecting a refund but have not received it yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@soulmitts.co.uk. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@soulmitts.co.uk and we provide further instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
